Job Overview:
As our Evening Area Manager, you will take charge of cleaning operations in your designated area. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will directly engage with cleaners, assess service quality, and manage schedules and training.

Compensation Package:

Hourly Wage: $17.00 - $22.00
Commission opportunities on additional services
Direct deposit every two weeks
W-2 employment

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Overseeing cleaning accounts and ensuring services are performed correctly and efficiently
Leading and mentoring cleaning staff, addressing any minor issues
Collecting and reporting weekly KPIs and nightly updates
Scheduling cleaners and assisting in hiring processes
Conducting quality control visits to establish service standards

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 21 years or older with a valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
Bilingual skills are essential
Proven experience in a supervisory role
Strong organization and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic demeanor
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with teams
